Complaint Review: THE IRISH STORE

THE IRISH STORE they refused to change an online order even though it hasn't even been packed must less shipped. claiming it has been paid for. Internet

Very simple. I ordered 4 items. I decided that I only really wanted 2.

I called them.

their auto attendant disconnected me  twice claiming no one was available.

the third time I spoke with a customer service rep named Sarah who stated I couldn't alter the order.

even though it hasn't been assembled, packed or even shipped.

when I stated that wa sdumb she contacted a supervisor who said to wait till I receive teh order and then ship the items back.

this order is shipping from Ireland so it appears really dumb tfor them to not be able to alter shipment.

In addition when I sp[oke with Sarah and stated to have the supervisor get on the telephone she claimed he wasn't available; after telling me he sent her a message to tell me about the shipping option.

they have pretty good clothing BUT I would suggest looking elsewehere because their policies are idiotic in this day and age.
