Last December I was contacted by Chad Thomas from the Jameson Group to help me with two loan modifications. He pre-approved me which was a crock! After 9 months of waiting and hundreds of phone calls to his company my home was sold at auction. He told me that this was a Presidential Program to help people with upside down loans. I paid 3,200 for Loan modification and nothing was ever done with my loans. On the second loan I have just been notified by the lender it will also be auctioned off. This company is a Forclosure Scam company taking advanage of seniors and sick people down on there luck. This is an economic crime that should be investigated by the federal government and the FBI. I have reported them to BBB, FTC, FBI for economic crimes. In addition I have reported them to state government for investigation. Please do not give this company any money. They are a scam company. Go to there web-site no address! Big red flag! Also after they get your money no-one ever call you back. I want this company investigated! I have also reported them to 20/20 and dateline......
