The Janitorial Agency Did not perform as advertised! lansing, Michigan
I have posted on other complaint sites about this company. I do not doubt there has been a few people that have had some level of success using TJA. However, that has not been my experience at all! Before you blame me, I have over eight years in the janitorial industry as an executive and salesperson.
I have had no success so far using them, they give bad leads. As a result, I have not been able to secure one single account from the leads they gave me; all of which were bad meaning they were not even looking for a new cleaning company. I have been with them for almost two years and they have done nothing for me at all. Half the time I cannot even get a hold of them, they are always unavailable when I call up there. I am not going to list all my problems I have with them, but believe me there are quite a few of them. My advice is to say as far away from this company as you possibly can check around, and you will see that this a growing problem with TJA. And yes you most certainly do get the run around when you call up to their office. Face it, you cannot live up to your end of the deal TJA!

Having The Janitorial Agency and a sport agent represent me is pretty much the same thing. Theyre both trying to get you work. If your sports agent doesnt get you work, they dont get paid. If The Janitorial Agency doesnt get me work, they dont get paid either. I would be struggling if The Janitorial Agency wasnt working for me because they have the man-power to get me work

The Janitorial Agencys been an angel to me. I wouldnt be as confident as I am now without their schooling. It was by the hand of God that I didnt end up sued or broke before coming to The Janitorial Agency. Now nothing will stand in the way of Lady Bug Cleaning Service, LLC.

I will not waste anyone's time with this. The person who is posting and cursing on this site is not an ex-employee. I know who it is, and he's upset because he can't scam us. Please don't be angry about people like him. Feel sorry for them and pray for them.

ADDING ON TO THE NUMEROUS CLAIMS.AND THE REASON THE THAT TOM ANDERSON DID'NT PUT HIS NAME ON HIS COMPAINT IS BECAUSE HE DID'NT WANT THEM TO KNOW WHO HE WAS.WHY HASE'NT TJA RESOLVED THE PROBLEMS THAT THEY HAVE WITH ALL THESE DISSATISFIED CLIENTS,WHY DO TJA HAVE SO MANY BBB DISATISFIED CLIENTS THAT HAS REPORTED THEM.ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL THE EATON,MICH CIVIL&SMALL CLAIMS COURTS AND YOU WILL FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF,THAT WAY ALL THESE FAKE PEOPLE THAT'S LYING SAYING TJA IS A GOOD CO.WILL BE PROVEN WRONG.I FEEL SORRY FOR THESE INOCCENT PEOPLE THAT'S FALLING FOR TJA'S SCAM.ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THINGS START LOOKING BAD THEY WANT TO SAY YOU NEED MORE TRAINING,OR YOU HAVE TO CLOSE 2 LEADS,WHICH IS NOT IN THE CONTRACT NEITHER IS THIS FINAL CERTIFICATION.NO GOOD IS GOING TO COME TO THIS CO,THAT IS WHY THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME,AND PROBABLY WILL DO IT AGAIN,AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR TJA OUGHT TO REALLY NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.BUT LET ME SAY THIS, TJA WILL ONEDAY PAY FOR THE WAY THEY TAKE PEOPLES MONEY WITH THEIR MISLEADING LAW BREAKING CONTRACTS.IF YOU TAKE THEIR CONTRACT TO ANY ATTORNEY THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW IT IS VERY CONTRADICTORY,AND ONCE YOU SIGN AND SEND THEM YOUR MONEY YOU WILL HAVE TO SUE THEM OR WORK OUT ADEAL WITH THEM AND YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING FROM THEM BUT A BUNCH OF FALSE PROMISES,BELIEVE ME I KNOW,CAUSE I'M FIGHTING THEM NOW.SO DON'T BELIEVE ALL THOSE FAKE E-MAIL LETTERS.

The Janitorial Agency Does Provide What is Promised

The Janitorial Agency does provide what is promised. When an new company decides to join The Janitorial Agency certain steps must be followed in order for that new company to proceed to success. At Orientation the new company is given the training information they will need to progress and told then, again, that until all training is complete no leads can be provided. Once training is complete and Preliminary Certification is done at The Janitorial Agency Corporate Headquarters, the new company will then be provided with appointments for walkthroughs that will lead to contracts. Once the new company closes 2 of the first 10 walkthroughs they have been provided, a period begins wherein The Janitorial Agency provides a guaranteed business volume. If the new company cannot or chooses not to close 2 out of 10 walkthroughs provided, the new company is asked to come back to training in order to see where he/she needs some help with walkthroughs and closings.
Communication is just one of the keys to success, and The Janitorial Agency consulting team works with and helps all of their clients as long as necessary; and, even at that point, if sometime in the future that client has a question or a concern all they have to do is call and we will continue help them.
The Janitorial Agency gains nothing by providing so called 'bad' leads for a new company. No one gains by that.
I would continue, but I don't feel its necessary. The success of our clients speaks for itself. If anyone wants to know more about our service I urge you to contact me directly.
For the record, The Janitorial Agency has no record of anyone named Tom Anderson ever doing business with us. Whomever this person is, can't tell the truth long enough to provide his/her real name. To me, that in itself says quite a lot.
