I read advertisement about The Janitorial Agency Services Corp. online.  I got interested and I filled their forms and submitted them.  Early enough, the following day, I received a call from them, customer service associate named Joe.  He told me they will train and help me obtain janitorial contracts. Their charge fee for basic program, he explained, was $7.400.00. He told me to give down payment of $2,000.00 and the office will finance $5.400, for 24 months installments of $249.75. I questioned him what about after 6 months upon from this date and the Janitorial Agency fail in their promise to provide me $24,000 business volume contract.  Mr. Joe laughed and told me Henry, to be very honest with you, Janitorial never fails to provide their client, our office hasnt received any complaints whatsoever for failing to provide contracts.  He told me In fact, within the 1st and 2nd months upon completing your course online, you already have a contract from us to enable you do your installment payment.

Upon these convictions, I paid $2000 down payment to Janitorial Agency; I flew to Lansing Michigan on Nov 18, 2010 for the final training at their school campus and to meet ever body in the office.

My first disappointment was when someone in the front office told me that my trainer, Ms.  Sue Bowers, was hospitalized so they will only do review with me, take photos, and receive my certificates of completion.  Denise said that when Sue Bowers returned to office, she will send me some training CDs.  I was so confused I asked questions and no one in the office is capable of answering.

All the documents they provided for me were misspelled, and the staff told me to go back home and register for another training course with Betco and Buckeye stores.  I was expecting for them to train me on how to do walk-throughs and business marketing as they claimed they would teach me one on one when I would visit their campus.  They said they would take me to places and show me all the materials but I did not see anything like that.  All they did was review my documentation and training materials but did not teach me anything new.  Then why was I there, I flew from Texas to Michigan just to take photos!

After 7 months, The Janitorial Agency has no contract to give me, they kept sending me to bogus appointments and many of the prospects are not even looking for someone to hire.  I called Ms. Sue Bowers but she was not answering my calls.  I left several messages for her to return my calls, but she never called.

I wrote this letter to Janitorial Agency, Dear Administrator, I appreciate the trainings I have received from your company and the walk-through appointments I have participated in; never the less, I am disappointed with the outcomes. For example, I have gone to about 10 walk-throughs and these have produced no contracts. I have an issue with the website your company has created for me. The website is not optimized only local lifeless page  not accessible through any search engines.  I cannot continue to pay since your walk-throughs are not producing contracts and I am open for negotiation as to know how much restitution am I eligible for. They did not respond, They stop every communication, they stop answering my calls.

Until July, 2011 when Denise called that.

They found two contracts for me in the amount of $400/mo.= Hearing Sound Clinic and Progreso Finance Company.  In these two contracts, they said I must pay contract acquisition fee of $1900 for both.  If I accepted for them to use me and jobs found as advertisement on website, they waive $350 leaving me responsible for $1,650.  I acquired a bank loan of $1,650 to pay acquisition fee for those two contracts, after they said that after paying acquisition fee, I would be invoicing customers direct and get paid direct.  I have copies of contract agreement we both signed.

I started these jobs since July, 2011 for a total amount of $1,200, plus I provided supplies.  After three months, I sent 3 invoices to Progreso Finance and New Sound Clinic. I did not receive any check.  I was then informed by their representatives that the contract they signed with the Janitorial Agency stated that they should pay them directly.  Then I called Denise, my contact person with The Janitorial Agency,  and asked her why they signed a different contract with me and a different contract with the companies.  Denise said yes, that their boss changed the policy after receiving my contract acquisition fee.

The third month of my work without receiving any compensation, I called Denise again.  Denise confirmed receipt of company payments and stated she did not know why they have not paid me.  Then she gave me the contact number for the Accounting Dept and said I should talk to Linda.  Each time I called, Linda would tell me "I will talk to my boss."  This continued for three months.  Then I told them I could not continue doing this work, using my own products, transportation expenses and they are keeping all the money.

Denise then called me and said that I should go to Progreso Finance requesting for carpet cleaning and extraction as an additional service, not in the cleaning contract.  I told Denise I did not want to do this job based on the fact that they have not paid me for the past three months.  Denise told me to do this job and that it did not have anything to do with The Janitorial Agency.  According to Denise, she and Progreso Finance had already agreed on $308.00 and after doing the work, I would invoice the local office and they would pay my money right there.  This encouraged me to hire an assistant.  We did the cleaning; I paid my assistant $110 cash expecting the local office to pay my money.  I called their boss, Steven, and he said, no, that The Janitorial Agency said the money would go to them.  Then, with all these issues, all this has become a deception and there is no way I can continue to work with this company, a company I don't trust anymore.

I wrote a letter, I told how unreliable and deceptive are.

The Janitorial Agency responded by terminating my contract. My total money in the hand of company is the amount of $7000.00

Finally, I took the matter to BBB.  I filed a complaint against Janitorial Agency asking them to refund my money.  As soon as BBB forwarded my complaint to them, The Janitorial Agency files a lawsuit against me in Michigan.

I wish I was told, I wish have read about their character, and their deception, their scams   in RIPOFF REPORTS before I entered in business with them.

The Janitorial Agency left me with reckless abandonment, disappointed, heartbroken and loss of money, after I trusted my whole life and future career in their hands.

This corporation is a total Scam, now they have my money, again sued me in Michigan; it is well calculated knowing that I might not afford an attorney or ticket to fly from Texas to Michigan.

The BBB need to do something to stop Janitorial Agency Services from SCAMS.  And Rip-off reports please do something to find justice for innocent victim.
