The Janitorial Agency TJA Total Scam, Unable to deliver Lansing, Michigan
This company is a total scam. They do not have the contracts to give you and they don't issue refunds if they fail to perform. They send you to bogus appointments and then claim that it's your fault for not obtaining the contracts. A lot of the prospects are not looking for cleaning services and the so called "training and consulting" is something you can do yourself for less than $100 at the JanitorialStore. They can't help you grow your business because they can't run a business themselves. Look them up on the Michigan Better Business Bureau and the Michigan Attorney General. They have a lot of unresolved complaints. Look out for Sue Bowers and Denise Shattuck, they send them to talk to you when you file a complaint. They try to get you to retract your complaints so that they can screw you over. Google the name TJA scam and TJA complaints. There are over 30 complaints about them. Sue Bowers visit sites and try to write rebuttals when people try to complaint. It is not an issue of training and doing your part, they can't deliver and want to keep your money as well

Wow Sally you are in Washington, Ohio, AND Georgia! Pretty Impressive. Why can't you just admit that you are an employee of The Janitorial Agency trying to make them look better by pretending to be a customer? By the way, your C+ rating with the BBB is pretty low. Jani-King has a better rating than that. How many times has The Janitorial Agency had to change its name? You claim to potential customers that your contracts are so one-sided because you guys take all the risk. That is not the case as anyone willing to give you $7000 + is taking ALL the risk considering all the negative information on you.

My mission statement

Forming my mission statement for Big Finish Cleaning Service out of Alpharetta Ga. was exciting for me. When I worked with the franchisers they didnt offer independence, so they didnt have you make anything like a mission statement. You were basically a glorified employee. But with The Janitorial Agency, I would like to become as big as possible.

Sally,
You seem to really enjoy the Janitorial Agency. You have several posts here that are positive about them. You regurgitate a lot of the information they have told me on the phone too. Apparently, they haven't done a whole lot for you on line, because I can't find anything about your business in Toledo, OH. That is one of the things they really stress over the phone is how they are going to create this glorious web site for you and "optimize" it so people can find you. If you are in fact a real person, and not one of their employees trying to make them look good by making up fake clients, then you should make some calls and let them know they are NOT doing an effective job of marketing you on line.

The Janitorial Agency opened up my eyes to the possibilities that are available to all entrepreneurs in this world. You just have to get out there and seize it. Its amazing how much you can grow in this business. Theres a lot of room for millionaires in this $150 billion a year industry. The possibilities are endless.

I had to study hard to pass my training with The Janitorial Agency, but I applied myself and did it. The franchisors do not make you work as hard to pass training but then again they dont offer as large a profit margin as The JAnitorila Agency either. Now JB Janitorial Service from Seattle is doing well.

I am so grateful for the services TJA provided me with to train me today! This is a very exciting time for Daniel and I and we will use the training we've received from TJA so that theyll be happy about our cleaning businesses success. May the Lord continue to bless TJA and the services they provide. TJA is truly blessed and gifted, and is by no means a scam.
Sincerely,
