If you are looking to sell your real estate do NOT use Jesse Hoffman of ExecuHome Realty.

My mother recently past away from sudden brain cancer, who left us her home in the estate which my brother found Jessie Hoffman Of Execuhome Realty in Bel air MD. We were advised to list for $15,000 more than any other home had sold for to start, only to be asked to "reduce" the price a few weeks later by $20,000 which we went along with. I originally asked how the agent attracted buyers which he responded by text" he was the best agent in the state of maryland and advertised on "hundreds" of sites so I left it alone. A few months went by, with not even a single offer in one of the "hottest markets" in the US, so I started to search using very specific key words to find the listing the agent says was on hundreds of sites. When I could not find it I simply asked why?

Here's an answer for you, Im taking your listing off because Im losing money on it and your a waste of my time! Use Bob Luc... who is another Real Estate Broker pay higher commission and get pawned off to a realtor whos sold 10 homes in their career. You"ll end up actually selling it 25k lower then current list price and it'll take months. Your a pathetic individual who has 0 clue about anything relating to business or making money. Good luck I'm canceling our listing in 5 minutes because I dont waste time with people like you :)

I bet nobody in your life has ever told you how big a loser you are until now... Your listing is cancelled and off the market. Now go lose money. I m not going to waste another minute of my time talking to such a joker.

I live three hours away from the location of my deceased mothers property who Jesse Hoffman was the listing agent for. I have never met this guy, or said anything to him that would promt such irresponsible, unethical and imature behavior from a person who is a MD licesnses Real Estate Agent and supposed to "represent me" not lash out with demoralizing statements, especially when still greeving from the loss of my mother during this process. HOPEFULLY JESSE HOFFMAN LEARNS HE HAS CHOSEN THE WRONG PERSON TO DISRESPECT & TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!!! 16:00:57
