Complaint Review: The Juiced Moose

I found the Juiced Moose via a google search on January 10 and placed an order for $18.00 of product.
I received an automated response stating that my order would be shipped in 2-3 days.

After a week of that link not changing or showing new order status I emailed their contact address and received a message explaining that because of a server problem shipments would be going out very soon or refunds would be issued.

As of 01/29/2009 I have received nothing from The Juiced Moose. I contacted Paypal to dispute the transcation but somehow get the idea that my money and product may be gone. My loss is only $18.00 but the prices posted on the Juiced Moose website will attract more customers that will get burned like me.

Get the word out about The Juiced Moose.
