I placed a $300 order on 01/07/09, I got a fairly quick e-mail saying that I was charged. That being said, if you call you get voicemail, the voicemail tells you the best way to contact them is by email. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. If the order is delayed, i would understand if they responded simply to inform me. With no response, you are telling me, "We have your money, and we dont care if or when you get your stuff".
I'm really pissed since after showing a few friends the site they told me not to order since they never heard of it before. I really dont want to be wrong and get ripped off.
