This woman is an idiot. She stays home (because she has the 'luxury to'), with a child crying in the background, while she chooses to ignore her child to scream idiotic obscenities on her phone for 50+ minutes at innocent individuals, threatening them like a fool. Also, a (yep, that's her 'professional' email) disrespects members of the armed services to defend alleged criminals and their families. What a joke! It's too bad this moron doesn't take the time to review the facts of any case she takes on; she jumps to incorrect conclusions with disregard to real criminals and the activities in which that individual(s) engaged. And, sad to say, it seems as if she is a racist. I'm sounding the siren, Jessica: you are a horrible person with no soul. I wish you no harm, but you're a dummy. And extremely disrespectful. Hope you fail. Good luck to that kid...it has a terrible parent. You're a bad person, and worse, an even more egocentric and goofball 'lawyer.' In addition, she fails to respect 'Cease & Desist' orders, doing whatever she chooses to whomever she feels so inclined to do. Shame, shame, shame. If you come in contact with this Hogwiren, it's probably best to alert the Georgia Bar. We don't need people like this in the criminal justice system.

I am the client Jessica actually represented. First of all, whoever reads this message/complaint, I want you to know Jessica is very professional, hardworking, respectful and passionate about her profession. She is NOT who this complainer claims her to be. This is pure and deliberate defamation of character.
I was right next to Jessica when she spoke to this individual who had been constantly sending my family and I harassing emails. I can testify that every single thing he is saying in this complaint ABSOLUTELY false!
Jessica never threatened or disrespected this individual. Infact she was polite while listening to this person vent for over 45 minutes. This author is literally twisting the entire conversation they had. He said "i see you work with indigents" Basically trying to insinuate that she works with low class Africans. Jessica responded that she actually works with all sorts of people including wealthy clients. This is an example of how the author is omitting and twisting the true details of the conversation.
If you read his complaint you can clearly tell he is not being rational and is on a campaign to smear a reputable lawyer's character.
This person is on a hunt to find some individuals who supposedly scammed him. He was trying to get my family involved in the whole mess and my lawyer was basically trying to explain to him to leave us out of it since we are not involved. The author of this complaint was not happy about it and has decided to take the fight to the internet on sites like this to slander a good lawyer's reputation.
The author asked Jessica to represent him because he said he could not afford a lawyer. If he thinks she is truly a bad, disrespectful and racist lawyer why would he plead for her to help him in the case against the people he said defrauded him?
This is not right. Please do the RIGHT thing and go after the people who actually scammed you.

Jessica will take the time to remind the individual to whom she is venting her own anger to stroke her ego, stating "my clients are wealthy." Apparently, she takes on clients with alot of money so she can charge that money she thinks she so deserves. And she issues "Cease and Desist" orders via email. Not legal and not professional. This individual has complete disregard for others, unless they are "wealthy."
