The Kirby Company Corrupt rotten to the core Cleveland, Ohio
I had the dubious pleasure of being a distributor for this outfit. The management are an absolute joke usually people who do whatever the company want them to do in other words weak "yes sir" people. The Kirby company treat their distributors with utter contempt and turn a blind eye to any wrongdoing by hiding behind a facade of its not our problem hes an independant distributor, when in fact NO distributor is truly independant.
I do not think you can blame the distributors for all the complaints but rather the company itself and their unreasonable control in threats of termination if sales targets are not met. I know a lot of good distributors and a good few not so genuine ones - it appears the genuine ones whom do not create dealer or customer complaints are the ones who suffer.
