The Kitchen & Bath Factory gives me that who care? We got our money, Sucker! attitude Tampa Florida
On the 2nd day of Sept 2006 I had an estimate from The Kitchen & Bath Factory. Remodeling was done in my bathroom in Oct/Nov.
I paid a very good amount. I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge within the art of remodeling. Nine thousand U.S.dollars was paid. I have a very small bath it is only 7 and a half, by 5 feet. I think that 9 grand is a large amount of money to pay for a small bath to be improved. Improved correctly that is. But that was not the case. I did phone, spoke with reception, left messages. Then I just let to go after no calls back. The Kitchen & Bath Factory gives me that who care? We got our money, Sucker! attitude. I have learned a lot since that whole process in 2006.
My reason for this letter now after all this time is, and I understand that the Kitchen and Bath Factory will declare no responsibility for this matter. I just want it known so that people can be aware. This can be avoided. The Kitchen and Bath Factory installed a new tub back in 06. I live in a 2nd floor condo. My neighbor under me notices a leak from her ceiling. The drywall has cracked, above her tub, which is under my tub. I had a plumber out here yesterday Friday 6 Feb. 2009. The leak has been an intermittent leak. It only happens when the water hits the overflow drain. The plumber showed me that there was the overflow drain cover, but NO gasket behind the overflow plate which seals the overflow drain to the tub drain. The 2 year leak has taken place because of The Kitchen & Bath Factory incompetence. There is extensive damage that was caused; black mold has grown because of this error.

The Kitchen & Bath Factory is not very professional. I would never want anyone getting taken advantage of like I feel I was.
