Complaint Review: The Kitchen Connection

I decided to have my kitchen refaced and was conned into signing a contract with The Kitchen Connection (based in Gardenia and Hayward, CA) The salesman explained everything but refused to write down all that he had said, because it was "standard procedure."

Talk about major pressure- including price reductions that were bogus. "Showroom discount." If they have a customer that wants to see their work, they will call to make an appointment- $250 discount.

Don't fall for this company they will say anything to get you stuck in a contract and do the minimum. Having them explain or describe anything means nothing. Tell them to describe and make promises in writing in the contract.

From day one of installation- doors weren't ready, they tried to claim items weren't included

Greg Madden, "Sales and Installation Manager" knew that I had been ripped off- the salesman was fired, they did part of what he promised, but screwed up on the cabinet doors.

This is a warning to all consumers: DON'T USE THE KITCHEN CONNECTION!!!!
