Mr. Waldenberger of The Klein Exchange and Aurum Technology is a rip off. We had to get a lawyer and contact the police in Chino Hills .
We have been in the lab business for over 35 years and know what our scrap was worth. We did get a copy of what Mr. Waldenberger said we sent. 1/2 our metal was not listed! When we mailed it the box was 11 pounds of nothing but dust , flash , and copings. This was worth about 20,000 at the market price on June 30th 2008 when we were to receive our payment . We have had contact from about 17 labs and 1 doctor that has not been paid or got a very small return. We mailed our scrap in May 2008 and got a check 02/17/09 for the amount of 6,000.
Do not use this company , Labs work to hard to be ripped off by some one that is only a middle man. Mr. Waldenberger told us he did the refining. It is sad the Robert Waldenberger has taken the name of a wonderful business man Mr. John Klein and ran his name into the ground.
