Complaint Review: The Law Offices of Richard Mendez

Beware of these scammers, and thieves;  these people were recommended to me by another scammer: Roberto Fogelbach, as immigration "lawyers", who would help me with a case I had opened some time ago, well, you never get any lawyers, just paralegals, who IMMEDIATELY start making false promises, and take your money, promising you will have results in fourn months TOPS, even without having received any documentation yet.

After they take your money, that is where communication stops altogether: they won't take your calls (mind you, these are only paralegals, not actual lawyers, BUT contract and receipts, which I have, come under are signed under the actual law firm); or answer any emails, or even do ANYTHING about your case..(they promised results in FOUR months, yet, almost a month later, I learned through another paralegal that my case hasn't even been filed yet..)

I had, of course, to rescind the contract and fire them: via e-mail, AND with two certified letters with signature, asking for my money AND my documents back, again, NO answer, not even to phone calls..

Finally,and fortunately, I had pay through credit card, so I did a charge back, but to this day, (a month after I fired them), these paralegals claim they sent my documentation back to "lawyer" (another scammer: Fogelbach) because, even though it has personal, private documents of mine and my son; they were not mine.

Just wanted to let you all know: there are REAL immigration lawyers out there..(turns out, this "law firm" handles BANKRUPTCY, information that, of course, was not disclosed to me EVER, I found out through third party.
