On April 8th, 2006 I attended the Real Estate Wealth Expo in Los Angeles. I listened to a seminar on investing in tax lien certificates and tax deeds.

This sounded appealing so I decided to purchase the program. After all, the presentor, Wayne Gray, told us we had a money back guarantee within 30 days. I puchased the program for $1943 with the intent of reviewing it within that 30 days.

After a few weeks, I decided this was not for me. I contacted The Learning Annex to begin the return process. I was told to read the fine print at the bottom of the contract. The fine print read the normal 3 day cooling off period. This is not what was promised at the seminar, and The Learning Annex actaully stated that other have been contacting them wanting the 30-day money back guarantee.

I am getting the run around from them. I spoke with Eleisha, and she would not pass me to her manager, Dominick. In fact, she wouldn't even tell me his last name. The best I could do was send him an e-mail.

Don't buy any of these programs from The Learning Annex.
