The Learning Annex Ripoff they took lowry's product from me in July 2005 but refuse to refund $1795 to date.

On July 1, 2005 a return letter was approved by elizabeth murphy at Learning Annex along with the Fedex shipping label for returning lowry's product.

On July 29, 2005, requested by elizabeth murphy, the product was shipped via Fedex ground service with the tracking code 4119180 10001103. The return package was signed for by cabedac at 12:06PM on this date.

elizabeth murphy repeated told me that the $1795 was issued to my American Express account between Oct 2005 to Dec 2005. In fact no credit has been issued to my AMEX account till this date even after the following people had been contacted on numerous occasions and so far no refund has been given:

It is unethical for Learning Annex to charge for a product that they took back from me this long and did not refund the money. After all, learning annex is a corporation, not some swindler. SHAME ON bill zanker!
