Complaint Review: the lift network

I tried to stop service, returned equipment (signed receipt) and form as required.

Talked with Stephen Edwards to clarify everything is taken care of.

Then another payment was taken out (ach) and i immediately called him and was assured of refund.

Then the monkey business starts, delay after delay, he is now never in office. Wont return calls. Emailed once to say he is working on it, still no returned calls.

Sales rep does not return call either Lori Amos 614-595-3080

Dont know what else to say at this point. Just want my money back.
