Complaint Review: The Lionesse cosmetic

On October 30. Went to the Galleria Mall,,Riverside ca.  No reason,,just to get out. I'm a 67 year older man. Recently divorced,,feeling very lonely,,and depressed.  I take medication for medication,,and seeing 2 social countless from my V A.  

On my way,out of the mall,,I was approached ,,by a very young ,ATTRICTIVE ,girl. MICHELLE,,she and her Store manager,,RAFAEL,,..wanted to give me a free facial,,to get rid of my dark spots.   I told them,,thank you,,but I didn't need there product.  And in fact ,,I had a appointment with my Dermotogilst..on Tuesday November 2d...and I recieve my medications for free.    There ,rudeness and persistence ,,by not accepting my NO, answer,,so,before I got mad,, I did give in,,,they did a very small sample spot on my forehead,,wiped it off,said,it looked better,,,and I need to buy there product.  

During,,this time,of the free sample,,they both learned. That I was very depressed ,,and Lonely,,from my Divorce....boy,,that really perked them up. This is when they both went to work on my emotions,and being LONLEY.   They told me,,I "" had "" to buy there products,,and they would guarantee me a "" date"" with one of there customers.  She was 59' her name was Joanne,,and she loved there products.   So,,I have to buy then,,in order for her,,to get a date with me.    I kept telling both of them,,no.  Thank you but. No.   In fact,,I told them,,if they did get me a date,and we got along ok,,,I would in fact,,come back and buy some things.   But,due to there very aggressive and rude sales technics ,,they said NO,,  I had to buy first, then,they would set up a date on NOVEMBER 11th.   Well,I tried to just leave,,getting head ache,from all this.    I kept telling them,,I would never use these products.   

Ano,it gets better.   Michelle,,kept telling me,,I remind her,of her father,,she never had,,and that I should buy her a $ 400.00 pruse / handbag at Nordstrom store. Because,her birthday was November 11 th.  And it would be a nice surprise ,,to help get the date,with Joanne,,because if I bought these gifts,it would show her,,I'm not cheap,,and a nice man.  I again told her no,several times.  I even agreed ,after this so called date,,I'd come back and buy her a birthday gift.  After she pouted,,we left..went back to the "" Lionesse store.  I again started to leave. Just hoping this nightmare was over.  But MICJHELLE and MR RAFAEL MARELLY,,both ,said I need to buy the PRUSE for michelle and there products.  Ok,,I'm at the end of my rope,,so,she took me back and forth several times to the Nordstrom store,,with Rafaels knowledge and permission,,to buy her something.  And all this,,because I'm LONLEY and depressed. 

Bottom line,after much pressure ,and stress out,,I just couldn't take it any more.   So I just gave in to there rude and pressure sales. I end up buying from the Lionesse store  $ 594.00 worth of useless products,,didn't want,,will never use,,as for Michelle, she really made out. ,got into my wallet for well over $ 500.00 herself.    

If ,these are the kinds of sales technics I got,,I wonder how many other people are getting similar sales pitches.   I'm on SSI,IM in a wheelchair ,,can't work,,depressed,,I'm thrilled to just have any one talk to me.  But,,I'm sorry,they went way over bored to make a sell.    They even LIED to me,  when I  called the one phone number,ma lady answered ,,I asked to speak to the owner,,the a Man,got on the phone. We spoke. He said,bring both the produts and reciepts down,,we will work something out.  But when I got there,Mr Rafael,said that wasn't his number.  I got very mad,,went to the office of the mall,,asked them for number. ,,she called that same number,,so who's telling the truth.   There is MUCH MORE, BUT WE ARE OUT OF ROOM
