FYI
This company uses a pre-screening profile to qualify for
an interview. They give the impression that you will receive an interview an upon arrival you find out that there is a small group presentation. The tactics are not a rip off just misleading and lack respect for a professional persons time. I filled this report as I could not find any info on the company they seem to stay just out of reach of the public's eye.

I received this email TODAY, but I sniffed it out for what it was in 2 minutes. The entire email gives NO contact information and NO real description of what the job is. I survived Vector and their scheme. I went to the interviews and as soon as they wanted money I knew it was a scam. You see, any job that truly values its employees and believes in the earning potential of their applicants doesn't provide free training, THEY PAY THE EMPLOYEES FOR IT! Companies will make an investment in YOU, that's how you acquire and maintain quality employees. They also don't charge the employees for the tools, that's a necessary asset to earning money. This is done because they know that the majority of recruits will quit, but at least they got that 100 dollars. Do that with ten people and BAM! 1000 dollars. I'm sure this company does have very successful employees. Even the worst scams have success stories, how else does it continue to be ran? Basically you are recruited to start your own business, nothing new or exciting here or there. Everyone is allowed their own discretion, but there are resources available to you so that you can make an educated decision. If Lionheart seems worth the risk, then march ahead and give it a shot. BUT, if you believe you are going on an "interview" for a JOB, then you are sadly mistaken.

Below is a link to another page on this website where I addressed other issues raised. Not sure it would be easy to find otherwise.

I have submitted a more comprehensive response in my reply to another post on this web site. You may find it by doing a search on this site for the word "lionheart".

The person writing this complaint made mention of our compatibility profile. Interested candidates are asked to complete our compatibility profile which uses the words "sales" and "commission" no less than 8 times on purpose. To make it clearer, we include a liberal use of the words "overides", "residuals" and "renewals". In one of our questions we "point blank" ask the candidate if they are looking for a salary and further define for them that by salary we mean "fixed income no matter what I produce". Again, this is done on purpose.

Any candidate whose responses indicate that they're looking for a salaried position is immediately terminated from our evaluation process and they don't hear back from us again. In addition, we keep candidate's responses to the profile so that later on (if asked) we can show them why they didn't get invited to an interview. Candidates who don't fill out the compatibility profile in its entirety (and with the right responses) are not allowed to move to the next step (an invitation to an interview).

As for our initial face-to-face interview, it is conducted in a group setting because observing how a candidate interfaces with others in a group is a vital part of our evaluation process. Our Agents make public speaking presentations to groups of employees on a daily basis, so if they don't know how to handle themselves in a group setting we need to find this out early. Candidates that move on to the next phase of our mutual evaluation process are interviewed one on one from that point on.

If you have been contacted by us and do not wish to be considered in future recruiting candidate searches, please immediately notify us by email using the "support" address near the bottom of the email message you received from us. We will promptly remove your resume from our database and you will not be contacted again.

Best wishes,
Chuck Siegel
