Complaint Review: The LipoBan Clinic

I answered an ad that read: "Let us pay you cash to lose your excess weight and inches."I was chosen to be a participant for testing the LipoBan diet pill. I sent my money in ($59.95 plus shipping & handling for a total of $67.00). I followed their plan as instructed and even started an exercise program while taking this pill. I did not lose any weight so returned the questionnaire (which I had to have notarized) and the empty bottle of LipoBan and requested a refund. Never heard anything from them so I wrote to the LipoBan clinic, only to have it returned to me saying "LipoBan moved, left no address, unable to forward, return to sender. " Have called only to hear the number had been disconnected. How do I go about getting my money back?
