Sent Test Survey back and was suppose to get a refund of 50.00 for participating in the survey.
Also, sent the empty container under separate cover asking for my refund because the product did not do what they said it would do and their guarantee said they would return my $59.95 if for any reason I was not satisfied.
These both were sent to the same address and returned from the Post Office marked "moved left no address"
