I bought a Biege microfiber Sectional at $399 plus tax (it was not even Ashley furniture, it was a no-name) at  "The Liquidator" which still has a sign for Grand Opening which Im assuming is a brand new store, I was so excited to take out it home after such a long search for a sectional that would fit through my 3rd floor apartment that I was willing to take it home right there and then. I gave them my credit card and paid for it, only to then find out they didnt have it in stock like they said they did.

They said tomorrow afternoon for sure, I was upset because I had brought my delivery guy with me but fine, it was only one more day. I called the next day and they didnt even know which sofa I was talking about, after reminding him that I had paid for it, they said yeah yeah you can come pick it up. It was around closing time so by the time I got home with the sectional, the store was closed for the day. It was a horrible feeling because when I got home, I realized they had packed up the DISPLAY sofa and sold it to me as a brand new sofa. Called back the next day, they said their warehouse wouldnt be able to have it delivered for about a week or I could take a $50 discount. Were they serious? They just played me for a fool and were only offering me a $50 discount, only after I realized it was used. Needless to say those $50 were not going to be enough to clean the seats or especially fix the leather on the sides.

Something didnt feel right, I found out the sectional were from HomeSource, so I researched where the warehouse was and called to confirm the delivery to the store. The warehouse said they had no record or had even heard of "The Liquidator" so I called back and the store wouldnt even pick up my calls anymore. I waited a few more hours and called Private, he finally answered. He was upset that I was calling again, he said I told you wait til Friday, if its not here Ill give you a refund. Needless to say, I couldnt even sleep right for the next days thinking I was being ripped off. And as you can guess, Friday came and they never called or anything. I had to physically deliver the sofas back and force them to give me a refund.

It had been obstructing my living room along with my old sofa for a whole week. Not to add, I had to pay my delivery guy twice to pick up AND to take it back. What a nightmare!
