Stay away from this company. Especially their Sales Representative, John Toolan. He will tell you anything to sell the company's shoddy services. You will spend $10,000. on crap you can get on your own. The lender list is made up on lenders that don't lend anymore. Their broker agreements look like something made up by a junior high school student. The website they provide you with is not professional caliber material. These guys are slick.

Response to Former Client of The Loan Consultants, Inc. (With Facts Omitted From Original Post)

#2UPDATE Employee

Tue, June 07, 2011

As legal counsel for The Loan Consultants, Inc. (TLC), I am familiar with the author of this post. While this post was made anonymously, it is not difficult to identify the source since my client receives less than one complaint per year. It is unfortunate that ROR does not request information from companies, such as our client, before allowing these posts. Upon further review, it is clear that ROR has also allowed posts by competitors and people who have never been clients of TLC.

This poster began his relationship with TLC in January of 2010 and rated my clients certification training and its contents as Above Average or Excellent in a written post-training evaluation. Following training the poster called TLCs support line multiple times throughout the year to discuss several deals he was working and not once did he express any dissatisfaction with my client.

Everything provided to the poster was in compliance with his contract and TLCs support went above and beyond its obligations in order to provide the poster with every chance of success in his business. Without any basis, the poster sent a demand letter for the full purchase price pursuant to his contract with TLC. Even though the poster never complained or otherwise indicated any problem
with our clients services, he demanded that all of his money be returned. After this office responded to the posters demand letter, he chose to anonymously post false information on this site.

My client remains committed to the success of its affiliates and continually strives to establish new lender relationships and create new tools available to their customers at no charge. Their broker
support site also features a different lender and successful affiliates every month. Anyone claiming TLC does not possess lender relationships is simply wrong as I have personally seen the agreements drafted between my client and these lenders do pay residuals for successful affiliate deals. As lending guidelines change, TLC updates its lender database from time-to-time and makes these updates available via their broker support site free of charge.

Presently, this firm has been retained by TLC to investigate postings such as these and to pursue the appropriate actions for defamation and interference with its business.
