Reading art's letter reminds me of my own experience with the loan consultants.....while I did not lose any money with these folks....I came close......THEY R LIARS.....Ask them for a list of their supposed lenders they say you have to join to see them......I saw a red flag there!!!! so I used the partial list they gave me.....And called some of the lenders they did provide.....not one lender had heard of them! Not One! I then called one of their sales folks and told the what I discovered, and was told that was because I did not follow the proper directions and they no longer wanted me.....hope that sounds like a bunch of BS to you as it sounded to me! I know one thing for sure if they r as big as they say they r the lenders that they provide in their due dilegence would have at least knew their name.....

OH MY GOD! Looks like they're at it again. It is really funny that they are telling the public that this is one of the hotest businesses of 2010, while they are downsizing and laying off staff. Funny guys! What is even more funny is there are people that may believe you. PEOPLE WAKE UP! Do yourself a favor save your money and stay away.

Whatever you do. Read their contract. Contact people who have worked for them. Ask why they have closed their offices overseas. Find out who their lenders are. Basic questions, see if they will answer them. It sucks to lose 14K!

It was very interesting reading John's (Chicago) letter. He states that we gave him (as a reference) a partial list of lenders that our Affiliates use in their work. This statement is ABSOLUTELY not true. One of the reasons why a prospective Loan Broker may want our services is ACCESS TO OUR LENDERS. We would NEVER give even a partial list to ANYONE except our Affiliates. If a prospective applicant wants to know about our business, and the strength of our many lenders, we let them candidly speak with any number of working Affiliate's.
The most telling point in John's letter state's WE DID NOT ACCEPT HIM as an Affiliate for The Loan Consultants. Matter of fact, only about 1 out of every 10 applicant profiles we receive approved to take our course and go on to be Certified Loan Brokers or Business Financial Consultants. Let it be known that we are in our 25th year of business. We have a multitude of successful Affiliates and Lenders, which can not only easily verify our business, but can vouch to our strength of character. We were recently named One of the Top Businesses to Start Now through Entrepreneur Magazine and have been written-up positively by a number of other national magazines and newspapers. .
One comment to John. We support your right to free speech but be very careful of the line you may cross. Once free speech turns to defamatory remarks such as liar, that may ruin or stain the reputation of our business, we also have the right to litigate against you. You were not accepted as a candidate for our program. We did not mean to insult or hurt you in any way. Not everyone is suitable for a program such as ours.
