I'll make this short and sweet, and i will try to give you the facts as I know them......I worked for The Loan Consultants for several years and this is what I know. First, they make most if not all the earnings on selling memberships, working there for almost four years we would laugh about people thinking that we made cash of a mythical promotional revenue that was stated in our marketing video. Secondly, they will bring anybody on board if they have the money. (if you are considering joining you can get a least a 50% discount.) Finally, for most people I consider this an unwise investment. If your going into the mortgage business start of with a net-branch then get your own licence and start your own company. Working with a net-branch will teach you more than the Loan Consultants ever could. God bless, and good luck.

As pointed out in earlier blogs I have responded to a few of these complaints, but I am not trying to steal business away from these people.....I would like you to notice that they never respond to the questions that are put forth, they just attack the person asking the questions. Another sign that something is wrong!
