The Lynd Company Won't respond to maintenace requests San Antonio, Arlington Texas
The Lynd Company will not respond to my repeated maintenance requests to fix a dishwasher at the L' Atriums on the Creek Apartments. To be sure, I've lived in apartments all over Texas, and they have all replied on the first day (or the second day at worst). However, at this apartment complex, it's been about a week and so far nothing. I've read the other complaints about the Lynd Company, and I am thinking I should start writing letters to the state agencies.
I had to really prod the lady on their maintenance service phone line hard, but I found out their service request line is really a call center located in the Caribbean. The Regional Manager, supposedly a Mrs. Young, will not return my repeated phone calls.

The Texas Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection has a webpage about tenant rights (https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/tenants.shtml). You can also file a complaint online. There have already been several complaints filed about the Lynd Company.
Additionally, there are some advocacy groups like Texas Tenant Advisor (http://www.texastenant.org/) and the Texas Tenants Union (http://www.txtenants.org/) that have a lot of information and resources that may be useful for you.
