I hired a company called "The Maids" to clean my house. The verbal arrangement I had with them was that the first time they came to my house they were to keep the key, which would be hidden on my porch.

A few months later I came home to find a "lockout" notice on my door stating that they couldn't get inside. When I searched my porch I found the key where I had left it for them over a month ago....anyone could have found that key and gone into my house and robbed me or worse.

I called them immediatley and fired them. Now, almost a year and a half later, they want to take me to court for this lockout fee. I will fight them in court because I didn't lock them out, the idiots locked themselves out.

Don't use this company. They only cleaned my house a few times but I had scheduling problems with them, they broke an item, and now this lawsuit. They are very dis-organized and if you hire them YOU will be the one to pay for their mistakes.
