Complaint Review: The Markeing Team - Danata's Fantasy Land - Cydcor

See I only noticed this because companies like these have postings like every two days. They never stop recruiting people which is fine except for when you call and interview and get hired LIKE EVERYONE, you are told that yo are one of four or six or eight that will be hired for the position.
WHY DID I FEEL SPECIAL

For the first week they tell yo how great you are (BUILD)
Then they tell you need to be better and if you don't get your accounts everyday, you won't get the help they say is out there (BREAK)
Then when you say that you are not cut out for it, they tell you that you have the most potential that they have seen in a while so you should stay (BUILD)
This is called BUILD BREAK BUILD in case you didn't get that.
Maybe Danata fell off a cliff, I could care less. I KNOW that that is how much she cared about me!
