This company contacts timeshare owners and offers to sell or rent their timeshare. The promise or "guarantee" to do so within 6 months or suggest that they will refund the "advertising fee".

The advertising fee can be whatever the salesperson can get out of the consumer. This can range anywhere from $99 to several hundred dollars - typically $199 to $399. In my experience they have NEVER sold or rented a single timeshare property for anyone and make no effort to do so.
