Doug McGeehan the owner of The Marketing Outsource, Inc. (TMO) has ripped me off. Are you currently working with him to buy leads? Have you given him your data to sell or clean up? Are you a re-seller or wholesaler that is selling data and expecting to get paid? Are you thinking about giving him any money or your data? Well, watch out.... He has had a file for over seven months and not only has yet to perform, but has been selling the data from under me. I can't prove it but...seven months and every excuse you can imagine. and Yes, He will RIP YOU OFF....

*Will he keep you hanging and say there is money coming in-YES.
*Will he tell you he has money-YES
*Will he take your to the cleaners-YES
*Will he pretend he is your friend-YES
*Will he schmooze you with his personality and then stab you in the back-YES
*Will he ever pay you-NO (maybe a small amount and say more is coming)
*Will he stall you and make excuses- YES
*Will he do what is promises-NO
Do yourself a favor and "DO NOT" do business with "Doug McGeehan"
Bob Anderson is a Partner of Doug McGeehan at "The Marketing Outsource" they will make promises and they will take your money and "NOT" deliver.
Doug McGeehan has made several promises to pay me for my data. In 7-months he made 2-small sales and is probably selling the data behind my back. Promises but never delivers. Please feel free to call or e-mail me as I can show you contract and a few hundred e-mails. I gave him several chances to make good.....Always makes promises, will not send accounting of anything, WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say that Mr. McGeehan's response was correct with the exception that he did not mention that I have specific e-mails with several promises to pay based on the following below "Quoted" from his e-mails to me.
Wells Fargo $22,000 waiting for committee approx 1 week
First Franklin $7200 Wants to test small portion of list and then take whole file waiting for approval
Lending Tree Negotiating for all three files we have ($183,000 from your data)
We also have several smaller order for $1000 to $3500 and we are calling them almost daily to get the dough
If Marketing Outsource, Inc. and Doug McGeehan made promises to you like the above and would string you along for a total of 7-months and say the wire and check should be in at the end of the week- What would you think?
I've got a great reputation in the Mortgage Business and am going thru bad times with the market and economy and when someone tells you something and e-mails you saying sales are around the corner how would you feel? In addition, the only big sale that was made was referred by "ME" as Doug Mcgeehan just fulfilled the order and took over 50% of the sale!!!!! I made The Marketing Outsource, Inc. and Doug McGeehan money!!!!
Mr. McGeehan claims to have a big sales force along with a broker network to move data and I believe that his business is down and he mixed the data with his and resold without paying me. I asked him several times to just buy me out in addition to just asking him to pay me back the money I made him and he refused! He made 2- small sales and paid me a total of $1,000 via Pay Pal and am sure has mailed and called the Mortgage data.- He said he spot checked.
I have hundreds of e-mails of him saying the money is coming and everything will be O.K. but he never came through. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas and will be filing with several other agencies for bad business practices. If "ANYONE" is thinking about doing business with him, Bob Anderson or his company "The Marketing Outsource, Inc., please feel free to e-mail me at (((ROR redacted))) as I will be glad to forward all of the e-mail addresses as well as our contract.

Scott Messier Doesn't Deliver Data as Described

Scott Messier contacted The Marketing Outsource, Inc to sell data he described at records that contacted specific information and in large quantities. The data he sent to us was over 65% duplicates in order to drive up false prices based on quantity. The information was over 2 to 3 years old and contact info in the file was less than 30% accurate. We have since acquired a file that is much more accurate and the real thing verses the fantasy land file Scott was sending us. Scotts personal problems and the financial problems have made him make some very bad choices and his expectations and description of what he has are way off. The file was overrated and caused us considerable cost of cleaning only to find that we had more accurate data available. It cost us more to market the file than we made from it and we now have much more accurate data from a different source. A source that contacted us about a month after we started marketing what this was supposed to be a source called us to deliver the real data.
