The Mattress Store- Artesia,CA Purchased Mattress/Product was never delivered Artesia, California
On 10/26/2012-Purchased a Queen Serta Apple Valley memory foam mattress w box spring. $585. Store manager is Julio Pinto... pushed delivery out several weeks due to warehouse issues. The delivery has never come. Furious! I've driven by the store multiple times... all the set ups are still in the store w the lights out mid-day. All Mattress store location phone #'s are disconnected - the warehouse number rings but has a full VM and will not allow you to leave a msg. Warehouse: 1059 W 251st Street, Harbor City CA 90710 (310)784-0155. I truly these people have folded and have taken consumers $. Extremely BAD business!
