Complaint Review: The Men's Divorce Law Firm

I retained this law firm because I trusted them. I paid them a total of $5,300.00. In the initial consultation they agreed to take immediate action in the form of hearings and motions. Almost immediately, they prematurely Noticed the matter for trial. This was to get an additional $5,000.00 from me and to lock you down. I told them the matter was premature for trial and later the Judge even ruled the matter was not ripe for trial (at the hearing for withdrawal of counsel). Just before the withdrawal hearing (I fired them), I noticed all of my funds had been depleted. This law firm did nothing that they represented they were going to do for me. Not one dispositive Motion, not one follow up on any outstanding Motions, no schedule of hearings in my favor.

I discovered that the lead attorneys are out in the community, Jeffrey Feulner, Jean Moses, and Carina Leeson, marketing themselves very heavily seeking retainer fees from unknowing clients, while the incompetent legal secretaries perform all the legal work, if any. The legal secretarys are performing all this admiminstrative paperwork, acting as lawyers, and conducting malpractice.

Yes, I have several instances of legal malpractice in my case which I will present to the Florida Bar at the appropriate time. They also have discussed my case with other clients which is a violation of the attorney/client privilege. I'm a former commissioner of the 9th Judicial Nominating Commission (nominates judges to the Governor), so I am well qualified to say this is the worst legal firm in the State of Florida and should be shut down for the protection of unwary and uninformed consumers.

Finally, and it is alleged, that person or persons associated with this law firm have conducted criminal grand larceny against me for protesting outside their law offices. This is in the form of alleged theft of property of mine while protesting valued at over $5,600.00. A permanent police report, #2012-800633, has been issued against Jeffrey Feulner, for allegedly having conducted or having knowledge in the alleged grand theft of my property. This was an attempt to get us to stop protesting their legal incompetence. It did not work and we increased public awareness of this and many other incidents.

While protesting, we have had numerous, current and former clients, even former employees of the Men's Divorce Law tell us of horror stories about this law firm, and its attorneys. It is advised that you never hire, retain, refer this law firm at you own financial losses. and nonrepresentation. You have been well advised with nothing but facts in this report.
