Complaint Review: The Missing Piece Barbara Batsavage

I purchase by Phone  New , 2 EA, Chairs and Ottomans,   I paid with credit card $ 853.86 . in full for the items.  New Merchandise.

I called to arrange pick up of paid for items.  Spoke to Owner Barbara Batsavage.  She told me items had been resold and were no longer in inventory.

I wanted the money returned to me.  Owner has refused.

Florida State Law Title XL, Chapter 705, requires any Public Store to send Certified Signed Receipt Notice of disposition of Property not belonging to the store.   The store did not own this property. 

I sent demand letter Feb 2016 through an attorney.   Owner and store have not returned my money $ 853.86

Store did not answer demand letter either.

I want my money.

I am a licensed professional Interior Designer.
