The Mobile Solution Ripoff Dishonest lying scumbags dont tell the whole truth about what you are getting into Marlboro Massachusetts
I recently purchaced 2 T-Moble phones from the Mobile Soultions at the Solomon pond mall in marlboro, massachusetts. and after signing all the paperwork in which i was told was for other reasons, i got home and read the paperwork that i was unable to see while signing, due to an electronic signing pad. the sales (should i call him a Sales a*s instead of a Sales associate) told me that i was signing for the 1 year contract with T-mobile, and agreeing to what i read on the T-mobile contract. he never said anything about a secondary contract.. well on the secondary contract, It says that if you cancel the phone within the first 121 days of purchase, you must return the phones to the mobile solutions. or you will be charged 200 per phone to the credit card that they stamped.. they told me that the credit card was for a second form of id. never said anything about a 200.00 charge for unreturned phones. Then upon investigating it more, i found out that i have to pay a 35.00 activation charge through t-mobile that they never told me about. and on top of that the mobile solutions charged me a 5.00 activation for the phone i purchased. if i was explained this in the first place i would have never bought the phones. they are a bunch of liars and just want to scam you out of your money. I sugest anyone who reads this never goes to the solomon pond mall and buys a phone from a guy named john, or anyone else there for that matter, they are a bunch of scumbag liars. If you do you will be SCREWED!!!!!!....
