Complaint Review: The Money Palace (Pay Day Loans)

I have been in touch with this co called pay day laon company is a joke.  when you call them you get a customer service person who asked for the last 4 digits if your social security number and you bank account.l  Now keep in mind you have supplied all of this information on their website.  So you are giving out your information again!

They advised you that they will have a representative call you back.  It has been 6wks. to date no one from that company has called.  I want to go on record that if anything happens to my personal information.  I will take legal action against these people.  As the customer sevice person told me.  All they do is take calls and send them to the company.  (call over flow center??)  I have never heard of this!!!!!

I feel they will get your information and use it to their advantage.  (against you). If this is a real company. Some one must speak out and by all means reply to your customers.  Keep tabs on your personal bank account.
