 We received a call from LOANCARE/The Money Source stating that we owe them $4,000.00 because they did not charge us our escrow and/or Hud. When asked them to check their records of our calls regarding some of our concerns about some -### showing on our statements - the customer support lady said she had the notes and that they did tell us that everything was fine and we had nothing to worry about. She informed us that it was a mistake on their behalf but that we owed the money and they could give us a 3year payment plan. When we asked for more information, she said that her boss would call us back. It's been 2 weeks and we have not received any phone calls, emails or a letter . We have called back and they repeat the same information. Our statements reflect escrow disbursements and our taxes have been paid. We do not understand why they are calling and charging us $4,000.00 and that they are not providing any additional information or breakdown as to how and why.
