My wife and I, together, made a verbal agreement over the phone with this dealer, themotorcoachstore.com, a one man shop in Bradenton, Fla. last Tuesday eve.  We followed with an e mail exchange with Brad confirming term of the deal/agreement....our coach plus a cash difference, for his.  Brad said, "let's do it. I'm all about the deal".

He wanted to close the deal prior to the end of the year. I confirmed back that I could arrive with my coach (a 2,200 mile trip) either on the 26th or the 30th.  He said he would get back with me on Wednesday s to the best timing. In good faith, on Wednedsay, I made financial arrangements to have a clear title for my caoch but heard nothing back from Brad. I e-maied Brad on thursday morning requesting he confirm the exchange timing. His e-mail response: "I sold the coach this morning. Merry Christmas".  I thien called Brad. He said, "we had no deal and you can take whatever recourse you choose. I don't care".

Truly beware of this dealer.  I have made several deals similar to this previously and all parties stood by their word/agreement....and then some.  Don't believe the BBB ratings for themotorcoachstore.com.  Should you desire to make a deal with Brad, I would advise you make your deal in person with cash in hand if needed. In return, make sure he has the keys and a clear title to the unit you are purchasing. Otherwise, you risk him using your deal as leverage with other interested parties.  He will sell the unit out from under you if he can make a better deal and think absolutely nothing about it.

Just want pontential buyers to be advised.
