The Movers is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. They have lied repeatedly about everything they could have lied about. We chose them because they offered direct service from Louisiana to New Jersey. This was explained by Billy Knowles as a direct delivery, without loading and unloading into warehouses or other trucks.

Also, it was explained that our goods would be the only ones on the truck. Our goods were supposed to have arrived on August 4th, but every day since then there has been a new excuse regarding the lateness of the delivery. Even though we paid for direct service, the truck has apparently made pick-ups and deliveries in Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio and West Virginia. Apparently "direct service" means to pick up as many jobs as possible throughout the voyage and deliver your goods and furniture as late as possible.

Also, this company's website claims to have a zero complaint record, even though a quick glance at the Better Business Bureau's website shows that there have been over 50 service related complaints against this company.
