These movers did not show up on the pack and load date they promised. They did a 2 day job instead of a 1 day pack and load as promised. The driver complained the whole time about how much work he had to do. One of the movers broke my wine glasses while packing. Promised a 3-4 pack and load job but turned out to be a 16 hour job. Stopped working at 4 pm the first day due to another job the driver wanted to attend to. Careless when packing our things and threw boxes around. Did not provide paperwork when asked. Did not bring supplies for packing. Wrapped mirror in sheets instead of proper packing materials. Very disrespectful and rude. Blamed us for 2 day pack and load instead. Very slow packers.

When shipment arrived, driver wanted to charge double the amount originally agreed. Said shipment was overweight, but was never told this before shipping goods. Did not give us the opportunity to refuse service, but deliberately witheld overcharges and overweight until it was too late. Held shipment hostage refusing to deliver even when law states that 110% can be collected, at most, on delivery. Refused to do inventory when unloading items from truck, stating it would take too long. When asked for a re-weigh, became verbally abusive towards me and yelled everywhere at the weighing station expressing his anger for the request.

After payment, left boxes outside of storage saying it was no longer his problem. When told about a damage on brand new couch, ignores request to annotate in Bill of Lading. Told us that his boss told him to leave our things on the side of the road. When Agent was called, she did not deny what the driver said. Agent and customer service ignores and invalidates complaint. Reported to DoT, BBB, AMSA, Company CEO, and Consumer Protection Agency.
