Complaint Review: The National Lottery Alpha Diplomatic Security Services Citibank Conditions And Terms

The UK National Lottery,National Lottery, and the Alpha Diplomatic Security Services have an elobrate scam ongoing. Had I not visited the UK twice and entered the lottery, I would have deleted email lies from these people.

Ploying words catch my eye in the attention line RE: Transfer of consignment with deposit code numbers: (ADSS/##/#)-(UKNL/##/DCR/##/FBN-/##) valued at US$2.5Million. The document is certified and appears to have my Citibank backing (the conditions and terms) at the bottom.

Six weeks later now and I have not seen the proceeds, instead have been dangled, lied to, misrepresented, and cheated out of $20,000 for such things as security services, logistics, UK taxes, demurrages, and more. A week ago it was to arrive with Mr. Rober O'Neill diplomatic security personnel to me. Then because of a UK tax miscalculation of $8,500 it is further delayed.

As of this morning (August 4,2005), they are making a deal whereby I send a final amount of $2,500 and Barr.David Seaman, The National Lottery claims agent (a civil servant, he says) will sign a promisory note that I will pay the difference of the tax upon its arrival to me.This is all supposedly taking place with couriers and handlers in Houston, TX.

I must be in the middle of a rip-off. That is the way it feels. I no longer trust anyone. No one longer trust me. I have extended myself beyond words (food, living) because I trusted. I am awefully hungry (the food banks and churches do not give enough staples-no fruit and vegetables). Stop them from doing this to anyone else...PLEASE
