April 20th 2005. I recieved in the mail a document trying to make me belive I won 1,900,000.00. Telling me to send them $19.99 for, The Office Attendant Fee. From NPRC Main Office/The National Prize Reporting Center. Address on the sending envelop is, P>O> Box 9002, Levittown, NY 11756
