Complaint Review: The NBS Group

The NBS Group contacted Americore Security Agency Ltd om July 29th, 2010 to sub-contract security services in the Austin Tx area. After completing all assignments as requested, Americore was again contracted to perform security services in San Antonio and Houston. Again, all assignments were completed as required in each contract. Client were pleased with our services.

Each account (Restoration Hardware, Olive Garden, Victorias Secret and Garden Ridge) signed off on required paperwork and time sheets. These forms were faxed and mailed using over night services. All communication from NBS Group stopped. Repeated calls and emails were not returned.

As of October 11th, 2010, The NBS Group owes Americore Security Agency $7,856.00. We will seek legal counsel. We have issued a complaint with the New York State Comptroller. We will contact the IRS as well. We have tried to contact Nick Motherway and Jim Cortisano who apparently head this unethical company and both have yet to contact us in any way. Americore Security will use every available legal resource at our disposal to recoup what we worked exceptionally hard for.

The NBS Group have financially hurt many companies. A message to Nick Motherway and Jim Cortisano, you cannot escape the long arm of the law!!! You will be brought to JUSTICE!!!!
