Complaint Review: The Neat Company

The Neat Company Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card. Received 30 Cloud trial and cancelled once they charged my account, the credit card was reissued with a new expiration date, though Neat found a way to start charging card again. I believe they kept trying until they came up with the right date it's the only way they could have started charging my card again after a year. Internet

My boss had me order the Neat scanner using my personal credit card which was reimbursed by the company and with the devise came a free month of "cloud" services.  After the month I noticed my card was charged $14.99 so logged into the account, emailed Neat and cancelled services.

About a year later I noticed these charges on my card again, though because I did not catch it immediately I could only dispute 2 months.  Then again, another year later I get emails from Neat that my card does not work (new card issued with new expiration date).  I did not respond as I thought they would not be able to charge my card again without my authorization, though to my amazement they figured out the new expiration date and started charging my card. I have requested the account to be cancelled once again after they have already charged four months at $14.99 which I can only go back 60 days for reimbursement. 

This company has taken advantage of those who don't check their accounts monthly because there is no significant amounts being charged (for me that is anything over $25).  I am so angry that Neat can year after year renew/place charges on my card that were not authorized! 

There is not a phone number to call and speak with a real person only emails and obviously this does not work as I've been dealing with this since August 2013.
