This is my story which also represents a multitude of others. There is no known pattern as to why people who become victims of this EVIL, UNHAPPY, & AWEFUL MAN - the interfaith school which use to have a really good reputation and a graduation class of a few hundred have dwindled under the leadership of Jay Speights. He works along with the Bishop and Faculty, in a very "independent" regards to promote an unapproved, unaccreditated, ATS-unassociated ONLINE INTERFAITH PROGRAM. Jay Speights has even manipulated the running of the school out of the awareness of the Board or the Bishop, who believe that "everything is in order" or either "looks the other direction because they understand the evil-like mastermind of conartistry of Dr. Jay Speights).

After being in the program, it is completely unorganized and the curriculum is subpar - their program is hosted in WizIQ and Schology.

Students have been swindled of over 10,000-15,000 dollars for a program that does not recieve any recognition at all from credible academic institutions.  In prior to registering with the school, they have made several false claims, to get you hooked: they provide you with a scholarship towards your program; but little do they know they get that money back in "Intensive" fee's and bogus/unrelated fee's for some reason to keep an ordination and degree over your head. They list no information on the cost of their program, they basically judge to see how much money they can get from a student, by belittling them, instrumenting fear, pressuring them through egotistical devices, and manipulating them after a time period that all your money and hard work will go to waste if you do not provide an additional fee's.

Dr. Jay Speights is a wolf in sheeps clothing, in the beginning he is understanding and very friendly, but as you enter the program, his approach and demeanor changes dramatically into a money-hungry conartist. He has been know to taking CASH MONEY in replace of a DISCOUNT from the FEES to prevent the Board of Directors from knowing about it. Few students have given him 1,000-2,000 in addition to the PROGRAM TUITION and the PROGRAM FEES.

There have been several students burned badly and they have put alot of time, money, and effort when in the end they have realized they have been abused, shame, and scape-goated as "cash cows" for no true and permissable reason.

Several interfaith schools have broken off from Dr. Rabbi Joseph Gilberman after his passing, to start their own schools upon his blessing. Most of those schools have direct graduation "ties" to the New Seminary. Due to internal politics and dramatics of power and abuse of the "love of money," several schools spawn off from the orginal NEW SEMINARY, which has CHANGED ENTIRELY from the program that the Rabbi Gilberman intended it to. Most of these schools are in the same Eastern Coast areas (All Faiths Seminary, OneSpirit, RSI, and others) due to the tensions and issues with the new director of the time, Dr. Jay Speights.

**I would caution ANYONE to seek this school for interfaith training; it is NOT THE SAME PROGRAM IT WAS -- there are other intergaith programs that are more in alignment with Rabbi's work**

-There will be more updates and more information about the faculty coming up.

In short, this school uses deception, intimidation, egotistical abuse and other psychological trauma to form a Seminary Class, which admissions of students have been on the decline for several years!

The New Seminary admits students from all walks of life and from various work experiences.  Many were called to ministry early in life and for whatever reason  were only able to apply and be admitted to seminary as older adults, requiring a focus and adjustment to the rigors of . TNS educates people raised in various traditions, and its faculty boasts Taoist, Buddhist, Hebrew and Christian practicioners.  Its classes and intensives expose students to the history and practice of faith around the world, and features in-depth analysis of multiple faith traditions, both alone and in relation to one another by various means.

TNS features training in rituals of all sorts, preparing graduates to create and perform custom wedding ceremonies, baby blessings and other non denominational or interdenominational sacraments.  Most importantly, the school focuses on ministerial formation, that challenging process that requires ordinands to ask themselves:  "Who am I and how does God seek to use me to the betterment of humanity?

The school is not an easy walk.  There is a lot of work required. Graduates of TNS are doing masterful work in churches, hospitals and other institutions around the world.  The interfaith movement is the wave of the future, there isnt anything fake about it, nor is the New Seminary a substandard institution.

There has been a new insight provided to me and I felt that this would, in all fairness, provide a better understanding of the overall condition of the FIRST REPORT.

There has been some administrative changes from what I understand which may have affected the condiiton of the programs at the New Seminary.

Although, there are not clear terms and costs of all their programs and what allows for one to be more costly is still a mystery.

For when this report was filed, I do believe there were individuals under great distraught by the program that was out of imbalance. I can see how this affected many aspects of themselves in the program. For this was the only reason of writing this report! It was not to provide blame to anyone at the New Seminary; it was in defense of several people who unhappily working with Jay Speights. I have known Jay Speights to be kind and considerate throughout; although it was very challenging to me to see and understand (if) this was another side to him AS a few individuals shared their story but was very afraid of confronting people in the administration out of fear.

I have been in talk and discussion with several people, event he ones who felt very trapped by situations of their program. It was recently related to me, that there has been both a solution and conclusion to some of the initial concerns that I had and by being an Advocate myself, I was shocked to hear that there was in fact a process-that-was-in-the-work that was indeed happening in the interium. I am happy to hear that some of these issues I saw are being handled by the right authority in the program and that issues are being taken care of.

In short, at this time and if there isn't a continuance of dishonesty and futhur "games" that are played, I will provide the following statement of Jay Speights character and the New Seminary program should be: they are all clear of any damages made to the victims I witnessed as long as they continue to rectifying the situation (as was normally conveyed) and practice the true heart of ministry without selfishness, blurred lines, and any intimidation for personal gain. Upon new knowledge that has been reached to me: I hereby claim that director and the school are clear of any wrongdoing and there has been a recent change of action and posturing of really what ministry and this movement is all about. I retrack any and all observations at this time in accordance to seeing that matters are being handled, even though this has taken a long process of time. Sometimes processes has their own nature and own flow that is the main learning lesson, to be clear and to be forthright!

I wish no harm on anyone and may there be honor and blessings to all who enter and have graudated from the New Seminary.
