I am also a victim of Brian Nutt and the Next Internet Millionaire scam.

I am a paid owner of my franchise which I paid for in February, 2006 and not yet have had a paid member. I have 1057 affiliated members in my down line of which all are uncontactable. I have checked all website to these affiliates and all emails have bounced. Received one(1) cd in the mail with 10k leads, no software packages as promised. No email contact from TNIM since March, 2006

I paid AU$4,076.57 (US$2999.99) to the:
Bank of America
1040 Bayview Dr
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304, USA
Acc#005501875221
Routing#026009593
Swift Code:BOFAUS3N
Transfer Fee: $28.00
Date: 20 January, 2006

- 2,500 guaranteed affiliates during your first week
- 5 million fresh business leads
- autoresponder accounts
- marketing software
- 25 paid customers within 90 days, at $2,000 each
- guaranteed paid customers
- $42,000 in gift certificates and coupons to be used for
leads and software
- Free marketing software worth $10,000
- $1,000 MAIL IN REBATE

I have not received ONE SINGLE ITEM GUARANTEED.

I had noticed that TNIM from time to time changes affiliated members free website buttons to sethjensen ( my guess TNIM). I have checked hundreds of web sites and they all have the same link including Franchise Owners like myself. Any member who sign up during this time go to sethjensen.

I signed up my wife from my signup page under a new name and email. Got an instant result. Contact immediately. Great!! The next day I mentioned that my website button had changed to sethjensen, I have never heard from tnim again. The phone # on their web page goes to an answering service and that's as far as it goes.

From the 29 November, 2006 TNIM has been offline and there is no links to any websites at all.

I had six promotional websites, 12 global classifieds, four webpage rotation programs, and one safe list, marketing my franchise with general results/hits and members still signing up. Now as from today 30.11.06 have been deleted and shut down.

All I want is my money back!!
