I ordered online a the north face parka from a pre-Black Friday sale from Freemission.Com that was labeled as the north face. It's been two weeks and no jacket. Get home today and I received a blank plain t-shirt in the mail from. Bolaiya China and the label says it costs $6. I paid $99 including shipping for the jacket and now I have a $6 shirt. I am emailing The North Face right now to hopefully get a refund.

What does North Face have to do with this? Your issue is with the website you ordered from. Anyone can "say" they are somebody else, but that doesn't make them responsible.
Or do you truly believe that if you get an e-mail from Bill Gates that you won the Microsoft Internet Lottery that Microsoft owes you the money?
