The Notary Spot Midland notary Michael Tomlinson I have completed for signings for the Notary in May and June of this year and have not been paid for them. My calls, faxes, and emails have been blocked. Pasadena Texas
In May of 2016 i began work as a notary/signing agent here in Detroit Michigan. A signing agent takes legal documents to clients and witness their signatures and notarizes the documents and then sends them back via Fedex to the Mortgage or Title companies. The Notary Spot is the middle man. I completed 7 signings for the Notary Spot and was paid for 3 and then ...nothing.
I called and called and now they have blocked my calls and are ignoring my faxes and emails. I have run across others all over the US who have not been paid by this company and I don't want them to gett away with this.
I keep being told by different agencies like the Attorney general Office and The Texas Workforce and the Court System that my only recourse is to travel frrom Detroit to Texas to take him to small claims court but there must be a way to get the money that I worked for.
I am hoping you can help me.

I have also completed 2 signings for this company and they do not pay their bills to their Notaries. I wish there was a way we caould all join in and sue Michael AND HIS COMPANY. we trust the venders that reach out to us online or through snapdocs. There should be consequenses to his actions.
