Complaint Review: The Office Phone / Alicia Chong Gillis

The Office Phone / Alicia Chong Gillis Phone Number Teft Fort Collins Colorado

We provide advertising services.

One of my investors also owned a telco and in exchange for about $4000 in advertising and video production services The Office Phone was to provide / pay for one of our phone lines, which we owned before they were in business and which cost them about $20 per month.

Somehow, there was a falling out at the company. I think one of the partners, Alicia Chong Gillis, had the delusion that the other owner of the business somehow was running our company out of their location. The other owner allowed us to also use the address and conference room for 1-2 meetings.

Apparently, her delusions ran so strong about our business relationship that she pushed the other owner out, changed our office phone numbers that we own and seriously damaged our business. Even with absolute proof (receipts) that we own the phone lines, in a vindictive snit changed our phone numbers to forward to another random number.

We supported that company and provided a large amount of marketing and advertising services and they did not live up to their end of the bargin. We lost the phone numbers to several of our offices.

Bottom line, Alicia drew some really bizarre negative conclusions about our relationship to that business, stole our phone numbers and ripped us off. I would not use The Office Phone for anything. You could lose your phone line at any time and the current FCC regulations are not in your favor.

Decide for yourself if this business owner is delusional. She can't answer in a cogent fashion. She can't shut up long enough to hear the facts.

The paperwork that proves, without a doubt, that we own the phone number in question was supplied to The Office Phone. The paperwork contains proprietary data that I will not post.

This what Alicia Chong did, in direct violation of Federal Law. She changed the telephone number by ONE digit...not understanding the number of calls we receive. This now directed all out calls to a private number, harrassing the individual. We also lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in business.

  • We NEVER recieved any notice of the action.
  • We NEVER received any explanation or advance notice why.
  • One day, the number was simply gone.

We did not "operate our business" out of that address. There is ZERO proof that we did anything on the premises other than use a conference room and aid in marketing efforts. ZERO PROOF.

Read her responses and judge for yourself. She is out of touch with reality.

Keep answering Alicia. It is continued proof of our point.

  1. We provided the written proof of our ownership of the phone number in question, per FCC regulation.
  2. According to the FCC, the proof we provided is the only proof required.
  3. We provided services as outlined in exchange for rare use of the conference room and maintaining the phone line as outlined.
  4. We own the phone line. NO QUESTIONS.
  5. All assertions Alicia Chong or The Office Phone have made are unsubstantiated and not germain to the discussion.

This person has a beef with her former business partner and began a campaign to harm our company in violation of Colorado State Law for no reason. This is considered tortious conduct.

While involved in a law suit with her former business partner, NEVER has her legal counsel contacted us regarding the evidence. She just keeps repeating the lies she fabricated as a foundation for her assertions. There is a reason, the facts are not there. No attorney, in their right mind would use this evidence, because it proves NOTHING.

Don't push my buttons. If I take you to court over this you will loose and I will get damages in the HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars. I do have extensive written proof of everything. You have damaged our company under FALSE pretenses.

Carl Hartman did not provide any evidences here

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Please provide the evidences HERE on this rebuttal. Your payment to The Office phone and a signed contract that you provide services to The Office phone. Or a anything that shows Brandgineering or Carl Hartman owns the number. And by the way, The Office phone is a reseller/3rd party - we do not sell or buy or maintain any phone numbers for any customers. It is all done by the carrier/providers.

Why is your phone number ported to us? Why are we paying for your usage of the phone numbers? WE have to pay Toshiba for your use..

I have proven that we own the number by providing the "port in" request from our phone carrier, which she ignores.

That is my proof.

The Office Phone was supplied that data numerous times.

That is the ONLY relevant discussion.

That is all I need to show.

I have provided ALL the proof I need and all other discussions are moot.

FACTS:

As explained above, in great and coherent clarity; WE PROVIDED ADVERTISING SERVICES IN EXCHANGE FOR OUR PHONE SERVICE, RARE USE OF THE CONFERERNCE ROOM AND USING THE MAILING ADDRESS FOR BANKING.

'Operating our business" out of that adress is a total fabrication. It is a delustion. There is ZERO proof that our company operated out of that address. ZERO. Where was my desk? Where was my parking spot?

The accusations of The Office Phone are no different than us renting a PB Box from a mail service and saying we operated our business out of the location of the mail service. I don't operate out of the local post office, but have a PO Box. What a foolish assumption.

How many of your other clients did you assume were operating out of your location because you maintain their phone service?

Even if we did "sublet" a space (we did not) from The Office Phone, it is no grounds for STEALING our phone number. We provided payment and the agreement was not fulfilled on their end.

The current "operator" of The Office Phone has connected dots that do not exist because she WANTS it to be true. A delustion.

This is a true ripoff!

Evidences that Brandgineering, LLC. ran their company out of The Office Phone Office

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, December 14, 2016

Below are evidences that Brandgineering LLC - Carl Hartman ran his company out of our office yet he denied it. He refused to provide proof that he owns the phone number, and why an unrelated name was on the record ( the name was neither carl hartman or Brandgineering) . As a telephone company, we need to properly verify the phone numbers before we can transfer ownership. He was not able to tell us why The Office Phone LLC was paying for their bills for years.

Most importantly, brandgineering LLC was not a customer of The Office phone LLC.

And No - I am not delusional - facts are facts - see below.
