We had a new employee when these people called. She did not understand what she was ordering. We do not purchase anything from solicitors. We have had problems with these people before. No one other than the owners is authorized to purchase anything.
We feel abused by their collection actions. We have asked them not to call and harrass us but they continue to call, and will call 2-3 times a day 2-3 times a week. They abuse who ever is on the phone.
We have turned this matter over to our attorney for further action.
Beware of their tactics..
