Complaint Review: The Offroader. Com

 I ordered the tactical jacket from the offroader. After taking an extraordinary amount of time to get to me, I opened my package an tried on my 4x jacket. The website says to order a size up because they can run small. I wear a 2x. When I tried it on it did not come down to my waist and the sleeves were at least 6" too short. I couldn't zip it at all not to mention the zipper pull is on the wrong side. I had my 5'2" mother try on the jacket and it just fit her. I immediately contacted customer service which is just an email. After a few days they got back to me and told me if that I should've ordered a larger size and offered me a 25% discount on something new. The offered a refund if it was mismarked which of course it was even though it said 4x there was no way. Then they said they couldn't refund anything because it was on sale. Really? Again they offered the 25%. I asked if a 4x wouldn't fit, which is the largest size they offer, how would any discount benefit me. They stopped returning my emails and now I'm stuck with a useless jacket. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A SCAM.
